How do I have someone fill out an Infusionsoft Form and then the jotform is automatically populated.

Not everyone that fills out the form will be named, John Smith from the Philippines.

The guide that you are referring to is an example of how to prepopulate a jotform via URL parameters.

If you want to pass data from one jotform to another one after submission, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form 

If the data will be passed from a form that belongs to another platform to your jotform, we don't have a way to set that up.
