I have created my first form from one of your templates and when I try and enter a second person's details I get the message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed".

    Please can you help?

I see that Unique Submission field set to Check cookies only. To resolve the issue, please go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options then scroll down to Unique Submissions and set the field to No Check.

I observed that the Unique Submission field still set to Check cookies only, please change it to No Check. If you permit I can make the changes for you.

    Hi
Thank you for your help. It's working now.
    2 more questions:
    1.
Every time I make a new entry why do I get 2 identical emails with
    the details?

    2.
I have set up integration with MailChimp, and it says it's active,
but the entries are not appearing in my MailChimp list.

    Please can you advise.
