MailChimp is activated but entries were not appearing in MailChimp list

    I have set up integration with MailChimp, and it says it's active,
    but the entries are not appearing in my MailChimp list.

    Make sure you have created a list field in your mail chimp account. Go to your list name > Settings > List fields then add the desired fields to be linked in your form.

    I tested a submission and I successfully received the submission in my MailChimp list.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi
    Thanks for your help. I have done this and now only some of my form
    entries are appearing in MailChimp, and only after I go to JotForm
    integrations and force a refresh?

    You should add other fields on the integration.

    Please click on Edit Integration first:

    Then, you should click on Add New Field option:

    You can add your required fields, then you should update the integration.
