I want an email notification to go to me, but not the form info or pdf. I want that to go only to my Dropbox (which it does. I just want an email though informing me that an application has been sent. (For security reasons)
Also, on the password option, does that assign a password to that specific form that must be used to open that form in an email?

I am not sure if I understood your first question correctly. Do you want to remove the PDF report attachment form the Email Notification? If so, you need to set PDF Attachment option to NO inside of the Email Notification settings.

If you don't want to receive submitted info via email, you can edit the email template of your Notification.

The password will protect a PDF report that is attached to the email and it will be applied to that form only.

I have stopped the Respondent & our email notifications from having the PDF and the form info in the body of the email for security reasons.
Will this affect the completed form and pdf that is currently going to our Dropbox?

Hello Art - No, it shouldn't. The integration will always send a PDF copy of your submission to Dropbox regardless of your email NOTIFICATION / AUTORESPONDER settings.

So, if you're done with my colleague's suggestions and disabled the PDF attachment in your email notification, then no further actions are needed. Your emails will never have the PDFs attached anymore, and these will still be sent over to Dropbox as usual.
