Is it possible to talk to a person?

    We have a question about payment plans and would prefer to talk to a person.

    We have many parent enrolling kids in our summer camps who struggle to pay in full up front. How can we set up a payment plan that allows a partial payment up front?

    Unfortunately, processing a partial or percentage of a payment is something that is not possible within our payment integrations. However, if you want to process the complete charge at a later time, you can create a payment authorization form: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
