Hi:  Neat product you have hear. I have created a form. It looks great. I can route that form through email and the recipient can fill it out. The form has confidential information so what are my options to get this completed form back from the person filling it out? I don't see a "save" option, or an upload option.  Could be emailed to us, but would require encryption from the other side (sender). Do you have the ability to receive these forms in a secure space and allow us to sign onto JotForm to view/retrieve the completed form?   Thank you, Peter

Form has email notifications. Here's how to find out what email is used for submissions recipient http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications. So when the user submits the form, you will be notified via email.

You can also log in to JotForm to view the submissions data.

JotForm provides secure form URL (https) by default, this means that form data are transmitted to JotForm server with 256-bit AES Encryption.

If you want to know more about JotForm Security, check this page https://www.jotform.com/security/

If you want users to upload files, there's an Upload tool in the form builder.
