Am I able to create a customer profile for a client?

Am I able to create a customer profile for a client? And then have fields in the forms like {ClientName} auto populate from a client profile? 

Or do I have to create a custom naming convention / form for each client?

If you have existing data in spreadsheet (in Excel or CSV files), you can use the Spreadsheet to form widget to build client profiles using the form.
