Trouble Making Multiple Submissions

    After submitting our youth program application once via the JotForm, a parent had trouble making another form submission for her other child. Is there any change that I need to make to the form to allow for multiple submissions from the same email address?

    The Unique Submission feature is enabled on your form.

    You can disable this feature if you want to allow multiple submissions. Or you can tell the user to clear the browser cache or use some other browser.
