When I try to view all submissions, it shows message as login is required.

    Please help when a message image arrives the file says image1 and I cannot see the picture

    Also when not using my main computer log in required message comes up when I try to view all submissions.

    How can I fix these problems

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I could not check your form's submission page as submissions are stored in "Europe Datacenter" and only EU based supporter can check your form's submission page.

    When you say you are not able to see the image in form, is the issue happening with one submission or all submissions you have received in form? Please share the image URL and also a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look.     Are you trying to access your form's submission from a URL you have saved? Please note that to view submissions of your form, you need to be logged in to your JotForm account. Please sign in to your JotForm account and then try  to view your submission again. If you have any trouble, please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look.
