    We stopped receiving emails on subscriptions. As well as on the integrated google form, the date and time of receipt of the subscription is not displayed. Thank!

    Could you let us know the form ID that you are referring to? As I check the form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/83254801544354 there are only 27 submissions for the form while the screenshot provided by you are showing more than 100. Did you make any changes to the integrated Google spreadsheet? Please try reintegrating the Google Sheets to the form so that the submissions shall be updated to a new Sheet. 

    Also, as I check the email history log of the recipient email address used in the notification, there were no emails sent to the notification. Did you change the email address in the email notification or setup the notification later? As I tried sending a test submission to the form, the notification has been sent without any issue.
