Autoresponder email not looking good and not displayed same as in the form

Hi, I have created a lot of forms with jotform and I am very satisfied! Right now I have a problem and I need your help!

I have done some calculations at the bottom of the document and these work well.
The problem is that the mail to my recipients looks not so good (please see attached file).

I would like to have the same structure in the mail as in the original form.

I understand that you want to display the email autoresponder sent to the user to be displayed in the format of the form. Please note that you may edit the autoresponder as per your requirement by editing the email template. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

You may try adding a table in the email template and add the fields manually as you needed.
