How to create a sign up form that automatically sends a PDF?

Hi, 

I have a realtor client who would like to embed a form on her site www.lindsaythompson.ca. Aside from a lead capture form, she wants it to have the ability to automatically send a PDF report.

Let me know if this is something your app can do.

You can enable the PDF attachment in email notification settings. This should send a PDF attachment along with notification.
