We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We would like to help you with your concern.

May we know what is the exact error you are getting when you try to import your own PDF Form, please? You can share a screenshot of the error on this thread — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

And, if possible, you can upload the PDF Form you are trying to import to any File Hosting website (Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc...) and reply in this thread the public share link of the file so we can try to reproduce the issue you are having on our end.

We will wait for your response.

I am having the same issue. It tells me the PDF I am trying to upload is not an editable PDF, but the PDF is an editable file I created in Acrobat: https://www.dropbox.com/s/p44d8l9ltaguyme/2020BWAEvangelismAward_NominationForm.pdf?dl=0
