PayPal refund: Being charged after cancellation

    Hi, I am still being charged $19.00 a month. I cancelled my account a month ago and would like to be reimbursed.

    Since you were paying the subscription via your PayPal account so you need to cancel the subscription S-4P308223W8442990E manually from your PayPal account.

    1. Login to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to Jotform
    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.

    Once you have cancelled the subscription then you may let us know so that we may be able to refund it.
