Email notifications or autorespondes are not coming through

    Hi,


    Emails on the jotform are not working and have not been sent to the customer too.

    Can you give me a hand with this?

    As I check the email history log, the emails seem to be sent from our end without any issue. I have also tried submitting the form on your web page and received the autoresponder without any issue. Please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
