How to create a multiple payment form?

Just created a hand full of registration forms for summer camps. In the form I have 4 different payment options for the registered campers parents.

    - Credit/Debit Card, Cash, PayPal, Venmo (with venmo username listed)

Now I am not sure how the payment process will work once someone selects their payment method? If they select cash they obviously would come in and pay it in person. But how do I receive the money if they pay credit/debit? Theres no way to select card information and I don't know how I would get it.

With PayPal it does not send me straight to my paypal link once you click it.

    Need some help!

    Thanks,

    Will Brunson

is the issue related to this form - https://www.jotform.us/form/90911107576154

I insisted that form and you just listed the payment option inside of the PayPal payment field, which is not integrated with your PayPal account. This will not work. When you integrate your form with PayPal, your users will be redirected to the PayPal's checkout page regardless of which payment option they selected because that are the products of the PayPal payment field.
