How can I create different integrations based how form questions are answered?

Hello, 

I have an active jotform with conditional logic -- an early question in the form determines which questions are asked on the next page. We want to set up an integration to auto-create trello cards, but the format on the trello card will be different depending which response is given.  Do you know if there is a way to create an integration that will create a different result depending on how that question is answered?

There is not currently a way to allow for an integration to have different actions conditionally.  You could have one form for each differently formatted integration.  A form could then be created to conditionally redirect the user to the appropriate form based on the early questions, rather than showing a different set of fields in the same form:
