Card form: Add Logo on each card in a survey form/any form

I am hoping can place a watermark or logo on each card in a survey? Possible?

Currently, this is not possible on Card forms. But it is possible on Welcome and Thank you page - How-to-Add-a-Logo-to-the-Welcome-or-Thank-You-Page.

I checked your form and could see the logo on each page of the card form. I presume you want in on the card and not on the page, right.
