A former employee is set up to receive an email notification whenever a new form is submitted. She's no longer with our company, and I want to delete her email from the notifications. How do I do that? Thank you.

The recipient address for notifications can be changed from the notification settings while editing the form. Here is more information regarding how to update the recipient address for a notification:
