How does HIPAA compliance work?

    The second question, I have read in the past about your HIPAA compliance.  How does that work?  If we wanted to create a scenario where our customers wanted to submit requests to us that contained PHI for example, how would something like that be structured?  From the collection of the data to the distribution/delivery of the same to us.

    HIPAA is account wide feature, so once you enable it for your account, all account data will be moved to our HIPAA servers and managed accordingly. 

    If you need to have just specific forms with HIPAA compliance, I'm afraid, the only option would be to hold a separate account for that. 

    However, on a HIPAA form, there would be an option to set some fields as 'unprotected'. This is to include non PHI data in email notifications etc. Here is one article for this: How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms
