Smooth signature widget is not working on my mobile devices

Several clients have complained they can not sign the smooth signature widget in their mobile devices. What can I do? Thanks

I checked the embedded form on your website I found it was using JS script embed code. It is possible the embed script was conflicting with the website other scripts.

To fix, please try re-embed your form on the website using instead its iframe embed code.

User guide: Getting the Form iFrame Code

The frame embed should prevent script conflict related issues.

Please let us know if issue persist even after re-embedding.

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried the proposed solution, but when I
update the page on my wordpress website I don't see the form, but the code
(see attached).
I usually use the Jotform plugin for world press to add my form and this
the format they look like [jotform id="90525727520960"] (see attached)

I checked your website and see that the form displaying fine.

I also tested the embedded form in the mobile device and the signature field is working correctly.

I cleared the form cache from my end, please try again and let us know if you still face the issue.
