SEO Issues - How to fix a Page Title of a form

Hi 

Unfotunately I will need to find an alternative form builder if this issue cannot be resolved as it is causing our students confusion. 

This happens on most of our forms and I think it could be as a result of duplicating them. 

For some reason when the form is posted somewhere and in the top tab the title is different to what it should be. 

Is there a way we can change this?

This can be fixed. Please update a 'Page Title' via the form settings.

Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Page Title
