I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund

    I am now unable to read submissions.  I am unable to find out if I ever generated a "key" read any of my forms.  Your system is now completely unusable.  You can prorate my refund.  I will never reccommend your system to anyone as it is so user unfriendly.  I am taking down all of the forms that I have spent a lot of time generating.  I paid for HIPPA protection and the few setting that I can find show that my forms are still not HIPPA compliant.

    I am even more frustrated that 3 days ago I was asking for help and I got a long email that did nothing to address any of the problems that I am having and included screen shots that did not match what I see when I log into Jotform.  I can not even find "form settings"

    On checking your account, I noticed that your account is not HIPAA compliant. Have you reverted back to a non-HIPAA compliant one?
