    Hi there,

I see in the recipient's email here you can add multiple emails.

I need this option so I can prove later on that the client who is filling out the form has also received the email.

Unfortunately, under the Recipient Email field on my forms, I can chose only one email, there is no option for multiple emails to be added.

    Why is that?

What can I do to have multiple emails?

I need the same email to go to a few recipients, so any recipient can see that the other recipients have received the email.

    Thank you!

    Anton

Sending submission email to multiple recipients is available to paid accounts/users.

    Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients

You can do it in your form Emails / Recipients / Recipient Emails

Just type in the email address and hit on enter key to add new email.

    Example:

Make sure to click on SAVE button to save the changes on the email template.

    Hi there,

In this email, I cannot add as recipients email addresses coming from the form email fields.

I was referring to the autoresponder email that is going to the person filling out the form. to the autoresponder email, other emails cannot be added, so I can not receive a copy of this email as a proof that the person filling out the form has received an email.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Anton

You just need to use multiple Autoresponder Email for the multiple email fields.

    1. Add another Autoresponder

    OR

If you need to use the same Email template, just duplicate the existing Autoresponder

    2. On the new Autoresponder, you can change the Recipient Email to use the other Email field.

You can repeat the process to all the Email fields on the form.

How in the future I can come up with a proof that the recipient of the autoresponder has been sent an email and have a record of the sent email?

You may check your email history if the notification/autoresponder emails are sent.

    Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

You can review every email sent to see if respondent have received the email or not.
