Hello,
When I logged into my account tonight it said that I needed to reactivate my account. I was able to complete it but then noticed that I have been billed twice for April (my regular payment on the 2nd and now again on the 8th.. can you help??

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I would suggest you to please cancel one of your subscription from your PayPal account. The following guide should help you how to cancel your PayPal subscription: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Your PayPal bronze monthly subscription ID which you need to cancel: I-TRG14T55U5M1 (S-0R000068E5973554T)
Do get back to us once you cancel the above subscription from your PayPal account, we will send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment.
