I have a couple of questions regarding a form that I link to. When it is submitted with pictures attached, I have been unable (recently) to open the pictures from the email on my phone. It seems that I have to get on the computer to open it from my email. Has anyone else had trouble with this?
Also, Im pretty sure I need to upgrade my plan. Can you verify, that when it says 25 forms on the bronze plan, that means per month?

You may have enabled the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' in the Privacy section of your Account settings.
Please try disabling the option so that the uploaded files shall be downloaded from your phone as well.
Can you verify, that when it says 25 forms on the bronze plan, that means per month?
Please note that the forms and storage space are the account wise limits. The monthly limits are for the submissions, views and payments. Please check the following guide that can help you with more information on account usage and limits.
