Add multiple signatures to a document

    I am wondering if there is a way to collect multiple signatures on one jotform.

    The form in question needs to be completed by PERSON A, with the information entered for PERSON B (and potentially entered for persons C AND D). 

    PERSON A must sign the form first. 

    We then need to collect signatures from PERSONS B-D

    Is there a way to do this?

    I have read that you can use conditional logic, which I have but I am unsure on how to send PERSONS B-C an email notice with a signature widget to sign and have it added to the original form.

    You can create an approval workflow form.

    However, please note that you will need to have a paid account to conditionally send Email Notifications to diffrent recipient email addresses. The Free accounts are limited to one Email Notification with one recipient email address and one conditional email.
