How to populate form fields with data form access DB or google spreadsheet?

I have a solid job tracking program made with a Microsoft Access data base and have 500 users all electricians

We use Jotform to have a phone solution to be able to fill out fields of materials or labour the users consume from a job site which is then auto emailed back to sync into my Access database and it works well, however the Jotform starts completely blank, names addresses, job numbers etc have to be manually found in the Google calendar and typed in to the Jotform.

We can currently populate a Google calendar with job information from a button with in our Access program (which also works well) and it can be synced with Google sheets. (calendar Sample JPG screenshot attached). If you have a look at the last entry in the calendar screenshot (attached) you will see it includes the Jotform URL, which we can tap on to open & complete the form. I would like to sync some of the fields from the Google sheet or Google calendar so the Jotform auto populates with client name & job number etc. This will make the Jotform form feel more live.

Do you see this as possible?

And if so are there Jotform experts I can pay to assist?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to populate form field with data form your own database or any external source including past submission data.

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This will allow you to populate form field data form uploaded excel file. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:   https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

    Hope this helps.
