My clone is showing the name of the old form when I share the link

I cloned a form. When I try to share the link for the new form it shows the name of the previous event event even though I have used all the recommended ways of renaming the new form.  

You had previously advised someone to use a new browser - I did that too.... it's still showing the old name . Please help 

This event should say Song Workshop not Fall Dinner 

You may change the page title of your form from the form settings.
