Thank you for your reply.  I should have said 'page' instead of sheet.

I'm trying to create a form, where I am asking for up to 5 sets of individual informations.  I am hiring out a boat, which can accommodate up to 5 crew.  The information required is the same for each crew member - hence 5 (almost) identical pages are needed within the same form.

I was just trying to find if I could duplicate the first page, rather than creating each page individually.

Laziness I guess, but I wanted to know if it was possible.
