Conditional Format Cells in jot forms excel report

I have set conditional formatting for color coding cells in my new report.  However, it tells me it is a read only file and I cannot save it.  I do not want to save on my files.

I want to be able to save it within my jot form account so when other submissions are completed the cells will automatically update with the conditional format. Is there a way?
