Am I able to actually read the forms in HIPAA mode?

I just set up HIPAA on my account, but now the forms are coming in blank. Am I able to actually read the forms in HIPAA mode? I guess it would be sort of silly if I couldn't get the info from the forms because they were so protected...

Yes, you should be able to view the submissions in HIPAA account.

Are you still able to replicate this problem?

Did you try submitting the form again and then viewing the submissions?

    Please advise.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the response and checking in.

So, yes, I can now see the results of the form. Thanks for that.

    Some questions:

    1. Can the PDF of the form still be attached to the email that is sent when the form is completed?

    2. Is there a way to "bulk" edit form fields so they are not HIPAA fields? I have some other forms that do not need the HIPAA compliance active.

    3. Can the uploads that are put on the form still be attached to the email that is sent when the form is completed using the HIPAA feature?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    1. Yes, the PDF can be attached. However, you will have to password protect it.

How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications?

    2. That is not possible.

    3. The uploads can be attached to the email only if the File Upload field is not protected.

OK, one more issue. I'm not getting emails now... I've had the form filled out 2 times today, and the email notification is not happening.

It is set up to send an email when the form is completed/submitted, but somehow those emails are not coming through. I've asked to have the forms attached and I have passwords set up on the PDFs, but still nothing on the email for any of the 3 email addresses I've designated to receive the email.

I've noticed that issues typically come up immediately after I've edited the form. Is there a certain time it takes for HIPAA forms that are changed to be updated so there are not errors?

I just want to make sure I fully understand the timelines involved in using this system as I'm about to use this HIPAA form on my main flow of patients. I just want to make sure that I don't lose patient data or notices or functionality when changes or things are made to the form. If it goes down for a moment, that's fine, I just need to know so I can plan updates either in the middle of the night or on weekends, etc.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

No there isn't any delay in applying settings in your form and the data should be received immediately.

Could you please share the involved email address(es) so we can check the logs. Since we cannot check the actual form, because of the HIPAA compliance.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

When I do a test email, it sends it to the main email address on the account, but the above three email addresses do not currently get the email or any attachments.

I have checked our email logs. We did not send any notification emails to the following addresses.
    info@atlantadentalcenter.com

    newpatients@atlantadentalcenter.com
    josh@atlantadentalcenter.com
Can you please check your notification email recipients?

When you test your notification email in this page, only the account email address will get the notification email. Please submit your form and share the result.

OK, thanks. I had this set up previously, but upon testing it this morning, it seems that the emails went out. It was just odd because they were working before, then I had a few submissions that weren't working, and now it is again. Anyways, glad it is working, I plan to test the form a bit more today, then I'll let it loose with my patients. Thank you, and if I find any other aspects I have questions, I'll send them in here.
