Form will not submit

    Can't identify any conditional formatting problems, but form will still not submit

    Hi @kkirk!

    After further inspecting your form I was able to replicate the issue on a cloned form on my end. It looks like due to the Appointment Slots Widget not completely showing cause for the form not to submit. Due to this issue, the form was not detecting an appointment slot being selected. 

    I updated the CSS code on the widget. Please enter the following to the widget on the form to fix the issue:

    .checklist label { font-size: 12px;

    padding: 10px;

    }

    Thanks for your help; that code adjustment seemed to resolve the appointment slots issue. Unfortunately, now the PayPal Pro widget is not allowing any payment (fields are not editable on the form). The Paypal API Username, password, and signature should be correct; any ideas what could be going on here? Thanks

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I checked your form and the PayPal pro field was editable on my end. Can you please show us a screenshot of the issue you are referring to and the payment error so we can trace what is the cause of that issue?
