Account Suspended

    I asked a question about my account being suspended yesterday, but I do not see it in the forum anymore.

    My original questions was answered and I was told if I agreed to the terms, my account would be back up and running again including my forms which I need for my business. I made the change that was suggested (payment authorization), but my forms are still not active. Can someone help with getting them back up?

    Could you please tell us the URL of the thread so we can check it out? Also, if the suspended account before is ALWL365 then it is good and it is in a normal state now.

    I cleared the cache of your form and the form now shows whole on your webpage.
