I downgraded my account last month but I still charged

    about a month ago I downgraded my plan to the free one because I didn’t need the bronze package. Just this month it charged me when I know I downgraded last month. Do I have to directly speak with someone to make sure you don’t bill me every month?

    Our apologies, but to cancel, you need to do it on your Paypal account because clicking downgrade in the billing area will only send us an email for manual cancellation.

    On Paypal, go to your preapproved payment section and find the Profile ID for Jotform which is I-PTWKD4CUAX6S and cancel. Please inform us here once the subscription is canceled so we can request your refund to our billing team.
