Booking features

hi there,

We run events and pop-up shops and want to know if there is a way of setting up an online form so people can automatically book into these 4-day events but with the condition of once another company has selected/booked a day, it is not available for another company to select (essentially that date is grey-ed out for others once booked by someone)?
