Are you able to create legally binding contracts in JotForm?

    Are you able to create legally binding contracts in jot form? I have my template can I upload it and have a link that can  be sent out multiple times to be signed?

    You may consider using one of the e-signature widgets to have your users to sign on your forms. E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

    Please not that if the template is in Fillable PDF form, you may import to JotForm. You may also creating a new form using JotForm which is easy by using the drag and drop method of fields in the form builder.
