When I open it in the inbox on jotform there is no information that was typed in the form. How do I fix that?

As described in my previous mail... I have embedded the form on my website. It displays and functions correctly. I entered test data into the form and clicked submit. When I viewed the attachment from the inbox it downloaded a blank form with none of the information I entered on my website. I think the problem is mapping the fields from my form to your site. I created the pdf in acrobat and added my fillable fields from there. I am not sure how to get the entered data from the website to save into a new document.

Additionally, the form is usuable from a PC but not on mobile. Please advise.

I have inspected your "Heading" form. It doesn't have any fields to send information to JotForm except PDF embedder widget. And this widget also does not send information to JotForm. When the users are filling the form, information stays on embedded PDF. That is why you don't see any information in your notification email.
You can import your fillable PDF file into JotForm. Please guide this for more information.
How Can I Import My Own PDF to JotForm?
But I highly recommend you to create a new online "Estimate" form.
