How edit name of form that shows up on the browser tab

    Hello!

    I copied an old form to make a new one, but  when I open the new one, the name on the browser tab of the page is still the name of the old form (Informed consent waiver). But the name should be Release & License to Use Voice/Name. See screen shot. How do I edit the page name that shows up on the browser tab? Thx!

    That's the Page Title. You can edit that in the form settings. Guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form.
