Is there any way to add on sections automatically if the form is full?

I currently have two order slots for each type of mower 

tracked and wheeled

if they need more than 2-can another option be generated?

If you will be using the form to only collect data, I suggest that you use the Configurable List widget. How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

The widget can dynamically add the same set of fields as needed by your respondents.
