Field integration with Microsofts Dynamics CRM data

Hi, 

I'm searching a solution for one of my client where he can create forms that are directly connected to Microsofts CRM. 

- My client propose training on its website
- Visitors can purchase a training
- When they do, thanks to a select list, they choose the session they want to participate to (the day of the training) 

The list of sessions available are stored in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. My client don't want to duplicate these data inside Jotform. 

They want the Jotform select list to be populated by the CRM itseilf. 

Is Jotform designed for that ?

I'm afraid, we do not have an option to pull data into a field from external resource. The closest option would be a spreadsheet to form widget. It can pull data from attached sheet: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

Alternatively, you can duplicate the data to a field, we have few slots widgets if you need to limit options: 

Appointment Slots

Ticket Purchases

Gift Registry

When form is done, it can be connected to Microsoft Flow if you are using it.
