Access to a form from multiple users

How can my colleague see the form I created in her app?

She can use the link on mobile browser or desktop browser, but the survey I created is not visible on her app. I'd like to be able to share it with multiple people for completion using the app. Is this possible?

Forms can be filled out directly from their URL using nearly any web browser.  Here is how to get the form URL:

https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Forms would not be possible to fill out from the JotForm app.
