Can I customize the questions on a template?

Yes, it is possible to customize the questions on a template form. Once you have created your template you will be taken to the Form Builder, where you can customize the form to your requirements.

I went ahead and created a new Template Form. In FORM BUILDER, click on a field and then the gear icon to be able to make changes to that field.

Or you can click on the Add FORM ELEMENT to customize the template form to your requirements.

Here is where you are able to customize the FORM by adding new ELEMENTS to your form.
