Form fields in the PDF document is not in order

I have trouble  with downloading an on-line form, as pdf-form: the questions are not in the correct order. What can I do?

Can you please try creating a New PDF document in your PDF editor?

Go  to your PDF editor via the submission page PDF>Customize PDF

Then in your PDF editor select the tab "New PDF".

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

It doesn´t work. If I do this, I must create a completely new pdf form. I
will have the pdf fillable form from my preexisting on-line form.

To clarify, when you created a Fillable PDF the fields are out of order?

If possible, can you please try to edit your Fillable PDF form fields and rearrange the fields?

You may also create a new Fillable PDF form. Select your form in your My Form page>More>Create PDF form.

Yes, I do this. But it is not the idea to rebuild my form!!!

May we know if you recently edited your PDF form?
