How can I insert a pedigree chart.

I made a pedigree chart in excel is there a widget already for pedigree charts.  Can I somehow  create a pedigree chart from the excel sheet I created. Are there third parties who can create something for me?

I'm not sure what specifically you want to add to the form, is your purpose to simply display the chart? 

If so, you can add it as an image using the Image element or if you have a sheet you can link it to your form using the iFrame widget.

I want the chart to be fillable not an image.  Could you help me with that. 

Unfortunately, we don't have such an option.

The best way to go with your existing Excel is to embed it as my colleague advised above. If you want to have it in the form and have users submit some additional data aside that Excel sheet.
