Quota exceeded error message is displayed

    Hi Team

    We are facing the issue with one of the JotForm created which is saying quota exceeded. Below is the link of our JS JotForm we are using in our website.

    I see that the account is associated with the account highgrovebathrooms and it is currently overlimit by the storage space. The account is currently holding Bronze subscription plan and it can store up to 10 GB of files uploaded to your forms/account while the storage space on your account is exceeded. 

    You may upgrade the account to the next plan if you need more storage space or you may consider deleting the existing submissions that are uploaded with files to clear the storage space. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.

    Yes, the account associated with the username is highgrovebathrooms.

    Could you please let us know the email address associated with it because we are unable to find the information in our records as it was created long ago. If you can provide us with that information we can go ahead and take the decision about upgrading the JotForm plan.
