Can I have condition based products?

Can I set up products to be available based on selection? 

With your current Payment Form setup it is not possible to use conditions with the payment field.

You may try manually adding a product using the Form elements  and assigning values into them.

Then use the Form calculation to get the value of those fields and pass it to the payment field.

You can now use conditions with your product fields.
