Form over quota without any answers

Hello,

Since 2 or 3 month it seems that we have a problem with our forms as you can see in the bottom of this page :

http://editions-alliance-magique.com/vous-ecrivez.php

It says that the form is over the quota, so to be sure i deleted all the submissions... and nothing change.
Can you please let me know where the problem come from?

It seems the issue was due to uncleared form cache. I cleared your forms cache and when I checked on the website the form was active and available.
