    Hi,

We have a form (63143379069361) that has an image upload.

When we try to request the image URL of the uploaded file (for example https://www.jotform.com/uploads/nakedcreativity/63143379069361/4320278037008236107/13_concorde+with+space.jpg) either in the browser or programatically we get the error "too many redirects"

Can you advise on what is causing this error and how we can fix it?

    Many thanks,

    Matt

Please try to download the file from a submissions page, or using some browser other than Google Chrome.

In your download link, the spaces are being encoded with '+', which seems to be not working right in Google Chrome. Are you copying that download link from some email client, or from somewhere else?

It looks like your Google Chrome is no yet updated to version 74. Once your browser is auto-updated, the issue with the spaces in the links will most likely be fixed on your end (although we may need to check the issue with the '+' encoded characters).
