How JotForm can be used to create a form for our draught proofing business?

Hi,

I'd like to create a form for our Draught Proofing business. I am evaluating whether Jotform is suitable for this purpose. Most form/quoting and auditing software doesn't seem to fit our usage case.

We need software that:

Can be used in the field (via tablet).

Can dynamically add "Rooms" (eg. Hall, Lounge, Bathroom), "Items" (eg. Door Perimeter, Window, Chimney) and options for each type of product (eg. Chimney options of Ornate or  Regular)

Data can be converted into a report / Quote or integrated with a 3rd party program for this purpose.

Preferably options can be represented via buttons/icons

When conducting our audits we need to be able add mutiple rooms, then mutiple items with different options depending on each.

The attached file "item flow" gives an idea of how this operates.

Looking at the requirement provided by you, it seems that the configurable list can be helpful for you to achieve your requirement. You may also use multiple configurable list widgets on the form in case if you need to have different options for different rooms. You may give a try by creating a form with configurable list and see how it works.
